Day 79 (June 18) - Food log and WOD

6:15am - Breakfast
Egg bake (eggs and bacon) - 1/8 of a piece from 9x11 pan

7:15am - Snack
1/3 cup cherry granola

10:30am - Snack
Roasted plantain chips

11:30am - Lunch
Homemade pesto chicken salad
Raw veggies - cucumber, celery and green pepper
1 cup strawberry and blueberry
Dried cherries

3:45pm - Snack
Banana
1.5oz cashews and almonds

7:45pm - Snack
small cherry lara bar

8:15pm - Dinner













Grilled burger with cheddar cheese
leftover sweet potatoes from last night
leftover green beans from last night

9:30pm - Snack
10 Bing cherries
