1/2 coconut cream pie lara bar
9:00pm - Dinner
Pulled pork
Sauteed green beans
Homemade guacamole on cucumber slices
20oz Gatorade - By the time I started work today, I had a nagging headache brewing. I am pretty sure it was a combo of dehydration and then working in the heat. So, I decided that some electrolytes and sugar might help. And it did, which proved my theory right. I took 7 hours to finish it and chugged an insane amount of water to go with it, so I don't feel bad about the 'cheat'.
