6:15am Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese
10 pieces of pepperoni
(Wow, that small plate makes it look like more food than it was)
10:00am - Snack
Roasted plantain chips
12:15pm - Snack
Freeze-dried apple pieces
1:15pm - Lunch
Homemade chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
1.5 cups of strawberries and blueberries
3:45pm - Snack
1.5oz cashews and almonds
7:30pm - Dinner
6oz grilled burger (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and chipotle pepper)
topped with cheddar cheese and carmelized onions
Sauteed green beans
8:30pm - Snack
3 bites of my husband's chocolate banana frozen custard
Note: Today was a rest day and boy was it necessary. My whole body is exhausted and has a dull ache throughout it. Great programming at CFB has made this a mandatory rest day.
