Day 87 (June 26) - Food log and WOD

6:15am - Breakfast
Egg salad
Leftover sweet potatoes

7:15am - Snack
Sweet potato chips

10:00am - Snack
Banana

11:45am - Snack
Roasted plantain chips

12:40pm - Lunch
Shredded chicken
Raw veggies and quinoa
Strawberries and blueberries

3:45pm - Snack
Cashews and almonds

8:45pm - Dinner
2 chicken apple sausages
Raw veggies and quinoa

9:45pm - Snack
Shredded chicken
1 piece of colby-jack cheese


WOD
30 Power Cleans @ 73#
4 Rounds
 10 KB Up & Overs @ 26#
 15 Toes to bar

Total Time = 16:27

I finished my power cleans in a little over 3 minutes. Toes to bar were definitely my struggle (still). I will confess that there were about half that weren't toes to bar as much as a really big knees to elbows. But that is still better than no toes to bars, which is where I was a few months ago.
