Day 73 (June 12) - Food log and WOD

6:15am - Breakfast
3 hard-boiled eggs

8:30am - Breakfast/Snack
Banana
10oz of lemon tea

10:00am - Snack
10 roasted plantain chips

11:30am - Lunch
Homemade chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
Raw veggies - carrots, cucumber, celery, red and orange pepper
Strawberries

1:45pm - Snack
10 roasted plantain chips
Strawberry fruit leather

3:45pm - Snack
1.5oz cashews and almonds
Mounds candy bar - yup, that kind of day again (That is what happens when you only get about 3 hours of sleep and work is mentally exhausting. I should have just started my day with coffee.)

7:00pm - Snack (I really needed to have dinner ready instead)
1 piece of string cheese
~ 15 pieces of pepperoni

8:00pm - Dinner

















Leftover puller pork wrapped in a lettuce leaf
Sauteed green beans with onion

9:15pm - Snack
25 Cherries


WOD
TABATAS
8 rounds of 20sec of work and 10 sec rest, rest 1 minute after each exercise
Wall Climbs
Goblet Squats @35#
Rope Climbs
Double Unders

Total Reps = 188

I did 17 Wall Climbs, 71 Goblet Squats, 6 Rope Climbs (4 complete ones and 4 that were only about 1/2 way up), and 94 Double Unders.
