Day 66 (June 5) - Food log and a note

6:15am - Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs

8:00 am - Snack?
18oz Country peach teach with a bit of honey

10:30am - Snack
Roasted plantain chips

12:00pm - Lunch
Homemade chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
Raw veggies - carrots, celery, cucumber, red and orange pepper
Mango

3:45pm - Snack
Banana - that was supposed to be part of my breakfast
2oz cashews and almonds

7:00pm - Dinner
1 chicken apple sausage
1 Koegel hot dog
Sauteed green beans with onion

8:30pm - Snack
6 bites of my husband's peanut butter cup flurry
4 bites of chia seeds in chocolate coconut milk
1/2 Heath candy bar


No WOD today. I had planned to go, but to be honest, I just didn't feel well today. I spent all morning just trying to keep my breakfast in place. I felt better as the day went on, but never really felt right. Somehow doing burpees feeling slightly off just didn't seem like a good idea. Not sure what is going on, but it made me turn to comfort foods (hot dog, flurry, candy bar). I guess I figured if I am going to not feel good I might as well know why (crappy food). I told my husband I do better being painfully sore than I do not feeling well. Here is hoping tomorrow goes better!
