Day 63 (June 2) - Food log and WOD

8:30am - Snack
small cashew cookie lara bar

11:30am - Snack
1 piece of string cheese

12:30pm - Breakfast/Lunch (finally)
3 eggs
3 pieces of bacon
Fresh fruit cup - cantaloupe, pineapple, orange, and grape
2 pieces rye toast
8oz pumpkin spice cappuccino + 4oz coffee

6:30 - Dinner
Big house salad - mixed greens, tomato, cucumber, mushroom, and cheese with honey vinaigrette dressing
Turkey burger (no bun) with swiss cheese, tomato, lettuce, pickle, and avocado mayo
Tomato and cucumber salad with feta cheese
4 bites of sticky bun bread pudding and ice cream




WOD
25min - Tag Team of 5 people
#1 - Run 200m
#2 - Wall Ball Sit Ups - 14#
#3 - Row
#4 - Farmers carry - 44#
#5 - Plank hold

Do #2,3,4,and 5 until #1 gets back from run, then switch down the list one exercise

Finisher of 30 Burpees

It was a good one after yesterday's WOD. Got me moving without beating my already tired body.
