Day 74 (June 13) - Food log and WOD

6:15am - Breakfast
2 eggs, scrambled with cheddar cheese
Leftover green beans from last night

10:15am - Snack
Banana

12:15pm - Snack
Roasted plantain chips

1:15pm - Lunch
Homemade chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
1.5 cups of strawberries and blueberries
1/2 serving of raw veggies - carrots, cucumber, celery, red and orange pepper

3:45pm - Snack
1.5oz cashews and almonds

7:30pm - Snack
small apple pie lara bar

8:15pm - Dinner



















Shredded chicken

Vegetable mix - carrots, sugar snap peas and cauliflower in a butter sauce


9:30pm - Snack
12 Cherries
1 square of Dove dark chocolate


WOD
5 Rounds
 15 Deadlifts @ 133#
 10 Ball Slams @25#
