Leftover sauteed green beans

10:30am - Snack
Roasted plantain chips

12:00pm - Lunch
Homemade chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
Raw veggies - carrots, celery, cucumber, red/orange pepper
1/2 mango

3:45pm - Snack
2oz cashews and almonds

8:45pm - Dinner
















Grilled boneless pork chop
Roasted broccoli

9:30pm - Snack
3 pieces of dark chocolate covered frozen banana slices
