Day 67 (June 6) - Food log and WOD

6:30am - Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs
Sweet potato hash

10:30am - Snack
Roasted plantain chips

12:15pm - Snack
Banana

1:15pm - Lunch
Homemade chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
1/4 mango
Raw veggies - 2 carrot sticks, 2 pieces celery, 1 piece cucumber, and 4 pieces of red/orange pepper
*I ate about 1/2 as many veggies and fruit as usual today

3:45pm - Snack
2oz cashews and almonds

8:15pm - Dinner
Omelet with orange/red pepper, onion, mushroom, and cheddar cheese
3 pieces of bacon
3/4 of a waffle with butter and a drizzle of maple syrup

WOD
Hillary and Jordan's 3rd Anniversary
100 Double Unders
60 KB Swings @ 44#
18 Turkish Get Ups (right) @ 20#
50 Walking Lunges @20#
18 Turkish Get Ups (left) @ 20#
1 mile run

Rxed - 34:55

Just a few thoughts: (1) You ladies who Rxed before me are Beasts!! It was tough all the way through, but those TGU were brutal. I both thank you and dislike you for the push. (2) The run was actually the 'easiest' part for me. I never thought I would think a 1 mile run was easy, but thanks to Hillary and Jordan I don't mind the running. And my run was sub-10:00, which after all the other stuff I am happy with. And (3) I am not sure what is wrong with Hillary and Jordan that this is how they choose to celebrate their anniversary :) My husband and I have an anniversary coming up at the end of the month and I swear I will be nicer than that to him!
