Day 31 - Food log and WOD

Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with Italian sausage
Roasted plantain chips
French vanilla coffee (16oz of a yummy coffee treat)

Lunch:
Tuna/egg salad
Carrots and celery
Strawberries and cantaloupe

Snack:
Banana
few cashews and almonds

Dinner:

Homemade meatballs (with homemade marinara sauce and parmesan cheese)
Spinach (with homemade marinara sauce and parmesan cheese)
Broccoli

Snack:
Apple with almond butter
