Why I am here

I have thought about starting my personal blog before, but never had the guts to do it. Thanks to a 90-day challenge starting at my CrossFit box, here it is. So, the purpose of this blog is track the food I eat, the WODs (workout of the day) I do, and the work I do towards the goals I have set for the next 90 days.
